To raise a request for data deletion, customers can sendan email to info@adscientist.iqwith the subject line as 'AdScientist - Data Erasure Request - ' from theregistered email id. Once the request is raised, all customer data will bedeleted within 14 working days of the receipt of request.

How long is data kept on the systems

We will store personal information for as long asnecessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collect the personal information,in accordance with our legal obligations and legitimate business interests.
